Chemical properties:
White to yellowish-white crystals or crystalline powder, odorless and tasteless. Easily soluble in dimethyl sulfoxide, relatively soluble in dimethylformamide, insoluble in tetrahydrofuran, extremely insoluble in methanol, ethanol or chloroform, almost insoluble in ether, acetonitrile or water. Melting point>300℃. Acute toxicity LD50 for mice and rats (mg/kg): 2320~2370, about 10,000 orally.
use:
It has inhibitory effects on histamine free reaction, inhibition of leukotriene production and anti-leukotriene effects, thereby producing anti-asthma effects. For the treatment of bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis.Used to treat oral ulcers
Production method:
3-cyano 6-isopropylbenzopyrone (I) is heated in an aqueous solution containing morpholine and dimethylformamide at 60°C to obtain compound (II). Then it is condensed and cyclized with monoethyl malonate amide, and then hydrolyzed to obtain ammonia.
